President & Chairman
Rob Wedding, AIA, R.A., is the founder and sole owner of RRW since its founding. Since the firm's inception, he has championed a philosophy centered on inspiring design, integrity, consistency, and reliability. These core values form the foundation of RRW's reputation and the trust-based relationships it has cultivated with clients, consultants, and communities for decades.
Vice President
Keith Silas, AIA, R.A., serves as Executive Vice President and Quality Assurance Director with more than 34 years of architectural experience. Keith Silas is an accomplished architect and quality assurance leader specializing in code compliance, ADA accessibility, sustainable design, and construction quality control, bringing a meticulous approach to projects ranging from financial institutions and healthcare facilities to large-scale commercial developments.
Vice President
Jack W. Hugentugler, R.A., is the Managing Architect of our South Florida office, and is a highly respected architectural leader with more than 40 years of experience specializing in multifamily housing and mixed-use development. His extensive portfolio includes high-rise residential towers, luxury apartment communities, student housing, and large-scale master-planned projects throughout Florida and the Southeast. Known for his practical approach, technical expertise, and commitment to quality, Jack provides the seasoned leadership that helps bring complex projects to successful completion.
Chief Architect
Matt Albright, AIA, NCARB, serves as Chief Architect and is responsible for leading the design and delivery of complex commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects throughout Florida. With more than 16 years of architectural experience, Matt combines creative design expertise with strong technical leadership, guiding projects from initial concept through construction completion. He leads project teams through all phases of design and construction, bringing a strong focus on technical excellence, communication, and practical solutions that deliver lasting value.
Senior Vice President
Richard Fleming, ASID, Senior Vice President, brings more than 35 years of experience in project management, interior design, and architectural coordination. Having spent nearly three decades with RRW, Richard has successfully guided projects through every phase of design and construction, serving as a trusted client representative from project inception through occupancy. His expertise spans commercial, financial, educational, multifamily, hospitality, and infrastructure projects, while his collaborative leadership helps ensure quality, efficiency, and successful project delivery.
Chief Operating Officer
Kathleen Kohler, Chief Operating Officer, brings more than 40 years of experience in business operations, construction, engineering, and project management. Since joining RRW in 2006, she has led the South Florida operations, providing strategic oversight of client relations, staffing, scheduling, financial performance, and project delivery. Drawing on a diverse background in construction management, civil engineering, and architectural services, Kathleen plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring seamless project execution, and maintaining the highest standards of client service and organizational excellence.

We are comprised of Registered and Graduate Architects, LEED Accredited Professionals, Registered Interior Designers, 3-D Technology Experts, and MBA Graduates who lend insight and experience to each project. Our support team of Project Managers, CAD Drafters, Permit Coordinators and Administrative/HR Personnel round out our team to facilitate our client’s needs.
